Services
Everything between "we should do something about AI" and AI that works.
Five services, one method: understand the work first, put governance in place, train the people, then build. Available as standalone engagements or ongoing advisory.
Strategy
AI Strategy & Workflow Assessment
Before anything gets built or deployed, we sit down with your team and figure out where AI actually makes sense. Not every process needs AI. Some do. The trick is knowing which ones — and being honest about it.
Workflow mapping
We walk through day-to-day operations with the people who do the work, document current workflows, and find where AI and automation make a measurable difference. Not theoretical — measurable.
Opportunity scoring
Each opportunity is scored on time savings, complexity, and risk. A 20-minute-a-week task isn't worth a custom agent. A process eating 10 hours a week across your team? That's where we start.
Tool selection
The AI market is a mess of overlapping products. We cut through it and recommend what fits your workflows. No vendor kickbacks, no commissions.
Roadmap & budget
A concrete plan with phases, costs, and expected outcomes. You know what's coming, what it costs, and what you'll get from it.
Enablement
Training & AI Enablement
Buying AI tools without training people is like buying a CNC machine and handing someone the manual. The tools are powerful only if your people know how to use them — and what they shouldn't do with them.
Getting past the chatbot
Structured prompting, providing context, iterating on outputs, using AI as a thinking partner instead of a search engine. Most people have never been shown the difference.
Role-specific training
Accounting trains on analysis and reconciliation. Marketing on drafting and research. Operations on documentation and tracking. Everyone learns what matters to their job — not a generic overview.
Verification & ethics
AI makes things up — that's how the technology works. Your team learns that AI output is a draft, not a source of truth, and when human judgment is non-negotiable.
Ongoing coaching
One session isn't enough. We provide check-ins, new techniques, and use cases as tools evolve. The goal is self-sufficiency, not dependence on us.
Platforms
Enterprise Platform Deployment
There is no single AI tool that's best at everything — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. We work across all the major platforms and set them up as enterprise tools with proper data handling, not consumer accounts. Sometimes one organization uses two or three for different jobs. That's normal.
Microsoft Copilot
M365 integration · Copilot Studio
Embedded directly in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, working with your existing M365 data. We handle readiness audits, tenant cleanup, licensing, and deployment. If your SharePoint permissions are a mess, Copilot will surface things people shouldn’t see — we fix that first.
Anthropic Claude
Claude Code · Agent SDK · API
Long-form writing, document analysis, contract review, research synthesis, and complex multi-step reasoning. Claude Code and the Agent SDK are what we use to build custom agents — systems that connect to your tools and execute real work autonomously, with human checkpoints.
OpenAI
GPT · Codex · API
Broad general-purpose models with the largest ecosystem of third-party integrations. Codex translates natural language into working code and powers developer automation workflows.
This landscape changes fast. We stay current so you don't have to — and when something better comes along for your use case, we'll tell you and help you switch.
Automation
Custom Automation & AI Agents
Beyond chat interfaces there's a layer of AI most organizations don't know exists: agents and automated workflows that take complex, multi-step processes and run them with minimal human input. This isn't science fiction — we build these now.
What an agent actually is
Not a chatbot. A purpose-built system that reasons through problems, uses tools, accesses your data, and executes multi-step tasks. A chatbot answers questions. An agent does work.
Custom agent development
Agents that connect to your systems — M365, your CRM, your databases — and do real work: triaging requests, reviewing contracts against your terms, turning raw data into formatted reports. Built, tested against your real workflows, deployed with guardrails.
Power Automate & M365 flows
Not everything needs an agent. A lot of automation runs perfectly well on the workflow engine already in your Microsoft licensing — intake routing, approvals, notifications. We build and maintain these too.
The point of it all
Not fewer people — more output per person. Take the 10–15 hours a week your team spends on repetitive, structured tasks and give that time back to work that needs human judgment.
Governance
AI Policy & Governance
You need a policy before you need a tool. If your employees are using AI without guidelines, you already have a problem — you just don't know the shape of it yet.
Acceptable use policy
Which tools are approved, what data can and can't go in, who has access to what, and how outputs get reviewed. Clear, enforceable, written in language your team actually understands.
Data classification
Public marketing copy can go anywhere. Client financial records go nowhere near consumer AI. We map your data to approved tools — and what stays out of AI entirely.
Compliance considerations
HIPAA, PII, funder requirements — AI adds a layer to your compliance posture. We don't replace your attorney, but we make sure the technology side is set up correctly.
Vendor evaluation
Every AI vendor says they're secure and don't train on your data. Some are telling the truth. We check data handling, enterprise agreements, SOC 2, and residency — and tell you when a tool doesn't measure up.
Start with the conversation, not the contract.
Tell us what you're trying to get done. We'll tell you honestly whether AI helps — and if the answer is "not much," we'll say that too.
